Hi I am coach Ron. I facilitate transformational development
through workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions.
My coaching process involves CliftonStrengths that helps
individuals discover their greatness and apply their strengths
in their everyday lives.
As a coach, I listen coming from the position of care. I am
inquisitive and clarifying making sure that the information I
gather is understood correctly. It is through active and
responsive listening that I gain valuable insights to help my
clients develop their strengths.
