Create your very own Italian Focaccia from scratch. Through this course, you will learn to express your imagination by making a simple but absolutely delicious focaccia dough! You will understand the fermentation techniques, reaction of the yeast in a dough, and you will also have fun creating your own design on the focaccia.

PROFILE SUMMARY

Chef Laetitia is an award-winning pastry chef who began her career at Les Compagnon de Devoir et du Tour de France. She practiced her passion for pastry arts in several cities around the globe working for the likes of La Grande Epicerie de Paris and Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie.
